At IFC we like to provide our clients with the opportunity to have a more personalized experience with our Training Professionals in Private / Personal Fitness Sessions. All of our Trainers provide this service. Personal / Private Training encompasses the individual and the Trainer for 1 full hour of Strength Training / Conditioning and Cardio.
